2015: CG Pro Prints Year in Review

CGYearinReview_2015.jpg"Sometimes in order to keep moving forward, not only must you take one step at a time, but you must be willing to look back occasionally and evaluate your past... Looking back lets you know whether or not you are headed in the right direction."

- G.K. Adams

As 2015 draws to a close, we wanted to take a page from author G.K. Adam's book and reflect on this past year at CG Pro Prints. Between a new website, new products, new partnerships, and even new faces, we can safely say 2015 was full of changes. We couldn't have made any of them happen without the valuable feedback from our professional photography community. Your comments and suggestions led to so many positive changes that allowed us to look back on 2015 with pride. Decidedly, our biggest accomplishment was updating our website to better fit your needs. We recognized the need for improved funtionality, increased product offerings, and a better user experience overall. We hope we've succeeded in making your lives just a little bit easier and we look forward to continuing these improvements in 2016.

This year was also one of our most social. Not just for CG Pro Prints, but for (what seems like) the world. With increased focus on our social media presence, we were able to grow our community by over 25,000 new fans! We also focused our attention on customer requests, inquiries, and feedback, and aimed to open up a two-way conversation with you, our loyal followers. We can't thank you enough for your engagement and for allowing us to learn from your needs and wants. Here's to continuing the conversation in 2016! If you're interested in joining in on the conversation, you can follow us here: Facebook | Twitter | Instagram | Pinterest

Lastly, 2015 was a BIG year for Canvas for a Cause. With over 10 partnerships established and plenty more in the works, our donation program grew by leaps and bounds. This program allowed us to support a variety of organizations throughout the US including adoption agencies, local school systems, animal shelters, and many more. We want to thank our partner photographers for their incredible efforts in providing canvas memories to these deserving causes. Your work is the true driver of our Canvas for a Cause program and we look forward to continuing this support in 2016. You can learn more about Canvas for a Cause here.

Yet, even with all the positive changes, it's important to reflect on our room for improvement. We learned valuable lessons that led to us to identify future opportunities to improve our product launches, promotional offerings, and overall commitment to quality. Our processes can always be updated to better fit the needs of you and your clients and we're committed to using your feedback to drive this change. With our sights set on continued success in 2016, we are confident in our direction and are excited to meet and exceed your needs as your canvas printer of choice.

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
